- 1 medium red bell pepper (diced)
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- Boston Bibb lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a measuring cup, whisk together maple syrup, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and optional red pepper flakes. Add arrowroot powder and mix until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
