  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 and 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan. Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes and layer half in the pan.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese with confectioners' sugar and vanilla until smooth, then dollop on top of the bread. Layer remaining bread cubes on top.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, brown sugar, and remaining vanilla until smooth, then pour over the bread mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
