  • 8 oz cream cheese (for frosting)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (for frosting)
  • 3 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one by one and vanilla.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with buttermilk; fold in mashed bananas.
