  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat dry the salmon fillets and rub them with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
  4. While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar or lime juice in a mixing bowl.
