Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/3 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 pound sirloin steak
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles
- Sesame oil and olive oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch until smooth. Add beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes; set aside.
- Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and toss with sesame oil.
- In a nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper; cook until browned (about 5 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and water; cover to steam for about 2 minutes.
- Return steak to the skillet along with cooked ramen noodles. Pour in the sauce and mix well until heated through.
