  • ~30 ladyfingers
  • 1 1/2 cups strong black coffee
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  2. Whisk egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Add mascarpone, vanilla, and salt; mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into mascarpone mixture.
