- 2 cups rotisserie chicken breast, shredded
- 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup thinly-sliced green onions
- 3 tablespoons cilantro leaves (optional), roughly chopped
- Asian salad dressing (homemade or store-bought)
- Crushed red pepper flakes (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Slivered almonds (for garnish)
- Crispy wonton strips (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and half of the Asian dressing. Toss well and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Add the romaine and iceberg lettuces, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro to the bowl with the marinated chicken. Toss until well combined.
- Pour the remaining dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Garnish the salad with crushed red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, slivered almonds, and crispy wonton strips before serving immediately.
