  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • Tortillas (corn or flour)
  • Avocado slices
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ bunch cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, olive oil, lime juice, and honey. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix shredded cabbage, cilantro, Greek yogurt, and lime juice for the creamy slaw.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp and creamy slaw inside each tortilla topped with avocado slices.
  5. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges.
