- Tortillas (corn or flour)
- Avocado slices
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ bunch cilantro, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, olive oil, lime juice, and honey. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix shredded cabbage, cilantro, Greek yogurt, and lime juice for the creamy slaw.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp and creamy slaw inside each tortilla topped with avocado slices.
