  • 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 medium red onion, finely diced
  • 1 rib celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and rinse with cool water until cool.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, pepper, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Fold in diced vegetables into the dressing mixture.
  4. In a large bowl, combine pasta with half of the dressing. Mix well and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  5. Before serving, add the remaining dressing and adjust seasoning to taste.
