Ingredients
- 6 bacon strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 4 small tomatoes (diced)
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 10 oz. penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil if needed and sauté seasoned chicken until cooked through. Remove and slice.
- Sauté garlic, spinach, tomatoes, paprika, Italian seasoning, and salt in the skillet.
