  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook until golden brown (6–8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté for about 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir until smooth and creamy. Simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet along with cooked rigatoni; toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
