  • 15.5 ounces kidney beans
  • 15.5 ounces chili hot beans
  • 29 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • Spices: cumin, onion powder, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, green bell pepper, and garlic.
  2. In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat; sauté vegetables for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Add ground beef to the pan; cook until nearly browned. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chili powder and continue cooking until fully browned.
  4. Transfer to slow cooker; add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  5. Set slow cooker on low heat and cook for about 4 hours.
