  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • Garlic and ginger (for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, rice vinegar, and sesame oil for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and water/broth to make the sauce.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over high heat; cook marinated beef until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. Stir-fry bell peppers and onion until tender-crisp; add garlic and ginger.
  5. Return beef to the skillet; pour in the sauce and stir until thickened.
