  • 23 tablespoons cream or milk (for icing)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Alternate adding dry ingredients with whipping cream and milk until combined.
  5. Layer half the batter into the bundt pan, sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar mixture, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the mixture.
  6. Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. For icing: whisk powdered sugar with cream/milk and vanilla until smooth; drizzle over cooled cake.
