Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Alternate adding dry ingredients with whipping cream and milk until combined.
- Layer half the batter into the bundt pan, sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar mixture, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the mixture.
