- 2 1/4 cups traditional rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural honey
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate pieces
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- Sea salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey, peanut butter, and vanilla until creamy.
- Pour the wet mixture into the oats and stir until thoroughly mixed.
- If using a muffin tin, line it with parchment paper and scoop the mixture into each cup; press down firmly. Alternatively, form small balls by hand.
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave; drizzle over each oat cup and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour until set.
