Description

Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cups are a delightful and nutritious treat perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups traditional rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural honey
  • 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate pieces
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together honey, peanut butter, and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the oats and stir until thoroughly mixed.
  4. If using a muffin tin, line it with parchment paper and scoop the mixture into each cup; press down firmly. Alternatively, form small balls by hand.
  5. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave; drizzle over each oat cup and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Refrigerate for at least one hour until set.
