- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes and fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.

- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds). Add chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and let simmer until thickened (3–4 minutes). Mix in Parmesan cheese; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Return chicken to skillet along with rigatoni; toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Simmer for an additional minute.
