  • 6 cloves garlic, minced (4 for chicken, 2 for pasta)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 12 oz fettuccine or preferred pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Return chicken to the pan; coat with the garlic butter.
  4. In another pan, melt butter; sauté remaining garlic briefly before adding heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer gently.
  5. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth; season as needed. Toss cooked pasta in this creamy sauce.
