  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
