Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- For the brownie layer: Mix melted butter, sugars, and eggs until combined. Stir in vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; fold into wet ingredients. Pour into greased springform pan and bake for 25 minutes.
