- 250 g Dark chocolate
- 200 g Milk chocolate
- 200 g Butter or baking spread
- 150 g Golden syrup
- 100 g Malted milk or digestive biscuits (broken)
- 75 g Mini marshmallows (gelatine-free if vegetarian)
- 200 g Maltesers
- Optional: 75 g Malteser Teasers or Buttons, and additional Maltesers for decoration
Instructions
- Line an 8" square tin with baking paper and lightly grease.
- Melt butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate in a saucepan over low heat; cool for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, mini marshmallows, Maltesers, and optional toppings.
- Pour two-thirds of the cooled chocolate mixture over fillings; stir to coat evenly.
- Transfer to the lined tin and smooth down; add remaining chocolate mixture on top.
- Decorate with extra Maltesers before refrigerating overnight until set.
- Slice into squares and serve.
