  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 11 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups Cocoa Pebbles
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 1½ cups roasted peanuts (coarsely chopped)
  • 11 ounces KRAFT caramels or caramel bits
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt half of the semi-sweet chocolate chips, half of the butterscotch chips, and ½ cup peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Fold in 1½ cups Cocoa Pebbles and press into the prepared pan as the bottom layer.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with sugar and evaporated milk, bringing to a boil for 5 minutes while stirring. Mix in marshmallow creme until smooth and pour over the Cocoa Pebbles layer.
  5. Spread another ¼ cup of peanut butter on top and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  6. Melt KRAFT caramels with evaporated milk; pour over peanuts.
  7. Melt remaining chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter together; pour over the caramel layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
