Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz) box orange jello
- 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange (optional)
Instructions
- In a heat-proof bowl, dissolve the orange jello in boiling water and let it cool completely for about 30 minutes.
- Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by spraying it with cooking spray and lining it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
