  • 2 tablespoons refined coconut oil (melted)

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients: almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, melted coconut oil, and eggs (or flax eggs). Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients: cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into an 8×8 inch pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 22-28 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
