  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the yellow cake mix, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. After cooling for 15 minutes, poke holes all over the cake surface using a wooden spoon handle.
  5. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the warm cake and let it cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, spread whipped topping over the cake and drizzle with caramel sauce before sprinkling toffee bits on top.
