  • 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp chipotle powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • ½ cup cooked edamame
  • ½ avocado

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon filets dry and cut into 2-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, and sea salt. Reserve some marinade for later.
  3. Toss salmon in the marinade and let it sit for at least 3 minutes.
  4. Air fry salmon at 400°F for about 7 minutes until crispy.
