- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 4 oz Cotija cheese, grated

- 1 garlic clove, pressed or minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon Sriracha sauce
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine thawed shrimp with minced garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and cayenne.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Sauté shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
