  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sourdough discard
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  2. Add garlic salt, olive oil, and sourdough discard to the mixture.
  3. Gradually mix in the flour using a dough hook until the dough is smooth and elastic (around 4 minutes).
  4. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
  5. Roll the risen dough into a rectangle and place it on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Brush the surface with melted butter and sprinkle herbs and cheeses evenly on top.
  7. Allow the dough to rise again for about 15 minutes while preheating your oven to 400°F.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Cut into strips and serve warm.
