Ingredients
- 36 Golden Oreo cookies
- ½ cup unsalted melted butter
- 6 oz sweetened berry blue gelatin
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1¾ cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
- 6 oz Strawberry Jello
- 1¼ cup boiling water + ¾ cup iced water
- 4 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- For the crust, crush the Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- To create the blue layer, dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water, mix in Greek yogurt, then fold in whipped cream and blueberries. Layer over the crust.
- For the red layer, dissolve strawberry Jello in boiling water, mix with iced water, then pour over the blue layer and arrange strawberries on top.
- Spread additional whipped cream over everything and chill for at least four hours before serving.
