  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted melted butter
  • 6 oz sweetened berry blue gelatin
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1¾ cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
  • 6 oz Strawberry Jello
  • 1¼ cup boiling water + ¾ cup iced water
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. For the crust, crush the Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. To create the blue layer, dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water, mix in Greek yogurt, then fold in whipped cream and blueberries. Layer over the crust.
  3. For the red layer, dissolve strawberry Jello in boiling water, mix with iced water, then pour over the blue layer and arrange strawberries on top.
  4. Spread additional whipped cream over everything and chill for at least four hours before serving.
