- 4 ounce water
- 2 cups water (for rice)
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 teaspoon salt (for rice)
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter
- ¼ cup cilantro (for cilantro lime rice)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (for cilantro lime rice)
- Romaine lettuce, chopped and rinsed
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 can black beans

Instructions
