  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 8 oz mozzarella pearls
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 34 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Strain using a colander and rinse briefly with cool water.
